409 error abcdefghijklmnop

Lab Distributed Multi-worker TensorFlow Training on Kubernetes. Got some strange error, seems like it cannot create cluster because not enough resources

When I run it again it responds with 409 error

See gcloud container clusters delete --help to delete a cluster by name.
Create cluster in a different zone since us-central1-f doesn’t seem to have enough for the lab.

Do let qwiklabs know about lack of resources.
