Hi, I had completed Weeks 1 and 2, with Week 3 and 4 still to complete.
However, when logging in after two weeks away, my progress now shows as 0%.
I’ve checked I’m logging in with the right account, and can see the course appears as expected.
Not sure who I can contact about this, any help much appreciated!

The same thing happened with me.

I did, although they said to first clear cache / cookies etc. when this didn’t work, they said that it would need to be reviewed by their support team which can take some time.
Currently this is still an issue for me.

Thank you for clarifying. This post is tagged dlai-learning-platform but you’re taking the course on Coursera. That’s a different platform. Glad the support there was able to resolve it.
Great they resolved for you. Unfortunately for me, they closed my support case saying it may or may not be fixed…
