Every time you open your notebook, it is essential that you run the code cells from start so that your execution environment is up to date.

You should not publish code solution publicly in the forum. It seems you are not getting any point for the first exercise either, so either there is something wrong with your solution or maybe you need to perform a notebook resetting in my opinion.
Also make sure you have the latest version of the assignment.
