I am trying to add the formulas as it was shown in the course lab notebooks, but receiving an error with type mismatch and the wrong variable positioning; what can it be?
The error seems to be coming from your event rate function. It specifically suggests an issue with variable handling—likely the use of global variables.
Check if you’re referencing variables defined outside the function or hard-coded values. In this lab, functions usually need to be self-contained, so try passing everything in as parameters instead.

you can send me screenshot of your grade function codes by personal DM for code review, i suspect the conditioning might be correct but somewhere you might have used an incorrect function to pass the treatment and death condition causing the data mismatch type.
