I can’t proceed with the labs.
If it can help: I had this error message often, and either restarting the kernel and running all cells again or restarting the lab from scratch and submitting again ended up working for me.
There definitely seems to be some problems with the labs, but if you keep trying (and restarting the kernel or the lab between each try), after having done so a few times, it ends up going through, or at least it did for me.
@dhanush @Touko_Herranen @thomas_o Dear learners, thank you fo the messages. There was a problem which should be fixed now, could you please try to submit the labs again. The reload of the lab may take time though. Please let me know how it goes.

I restarted the lab several times in the past 3-4 days and trying to submit the lab. I ended up using all my 480 minutes of lab active time available. Now, I can’t submit for grading without starting the lab again.
Any suggestions about this?

I made reclamation to Coursera and got refunded. It was a pity that technical side was working so bad for two months. Thank you for your help though, @esanina .
