C4W3 - 403 while launching Terminal in tfx-on-googlecloud jupyterlab

I get Launch error when I click on terminal icon in the opened tfx-on-googlecloud jupyterlab. The launch error says “Invalid response: 403 Forbidden” and dismiss button.
I tried this over multiple sessions and even across multiple days but the issue seems to persist.
How to resolve this issue?
