Not sure if it’s intended, but there are missing instructions for
terraform apply -target=module.serving
between 2.5 and 2.6, which is required for ensuring data is loaded into the serving zone before verifying with redshift cluster.

The command you mentioned is run in step 2.3.
We first deploy the terraform components, then run the required glue jobs to do their magic.
