Can't find link to aws_console_url

I’ve read some reports that somehow aws_console_url contains blank string.

I also got the same problem. Please fix this issue immediately!

As you are aware, it’s a known issue, and it’s been reported to the course staff.

Demanding that it be fixed immediately is not going to speed things up.
