# Chatbot in Coursera says "I'm currently offline while you have a timed assignment active"

The Chatbot from coursera is not opening can some help or give suggestions how to?

When I click it says I’m currently offline while you have a timed assignment active

This issue is related to the Coursera platform rather than the course itself. Unfortunately, mentors and staff here don’t have access to troubleshoot platform or account-related problems.

I recommend contacting the Coursera Help Center, as they’ll be able to investigate why the chatbot reports that you’re offline while you have a timed assignment active. They can also check if it’s a temporary platform issue or an account-specific problem.
