Only the staff members have access to your labs, so please don’t share your Lab ID, unless someone explicitly asks you as an individual to do so. Please keep this in mind for future references.
That being said, have you tried out the above fixes that I suggested to Nikhil and Amal. If not, then I would suggest you to try them first, since these fixes are most likely to solve your issue.
