Course 3 AWS Lab not working

Hi there, when I try to start lab, it always says “Account is still in clean up”, and I tried again after 12 hours later, and it stills says this message, so that I can’t open the AWS lab and finish the assignment. What else can I do to solve this issue?

You’ll need to contact a staff member for that course, and ask them to fix your profile.

The best way to do that is to search the forum for your course, for the phrase “clean up”. In the replies you’ll find some where a staff member replied and fixed the issue.
