Disconnection issues with C1W4 lab

I’m repeatedly getting disconnected when I’m trying to complete the lab. I try reconnecting but it fails. I end up having to reload the window and wait, then it loads into a blank environment with no signs of the lab content.

I’m on a current mac, stable internet connection and all other network access is working.

Suggestions?
