First Programming Assignment gives failure when tests have passed

I finished the first programming assignment. All tests passed. Submitted the file twice but each time I get the same error for get_relevant_data and format_relevant_data

There was a problem compiling the code from your notebook, please check that you saved before submitting. Details:

Hi,

Thanks for flagging this. Are you sure the notebook is running entirely prior to submitting?

Could you share with me your notebook file privately so I can take a look?

First, use the “File → Download As” tool to get a copy of your notebook ipynb file.

Then, click on the username, then click on the Message button.

Then in your reply, use the “Upload” tool to include a copy of your notebook.
