Hey, I have a problem where I have images sent over scan. It has some noises due to transmission/ scan noise. Like texts are blurred at boundaries, tables sometimes have missing lines.
Will CNN help in this?
If the CNN is trained over a large enough amount of those images it can learn to distinguish the correct patters in the images.
