Because you do not have a valid API key to use. You need to register one on the OpenAI website.

You need to go to this link : OpenAI API Then generate your API KEY. Then use it in your colab. Like this : OPEN_API_KEY = If this is not the case, feel free to send your notebook to me via dm.
