Grade issue blocking me from getting Couse certificate for last 3 weeks

Hi team,

I am writing to bring to your attention an issue I’ve been experiencing over the past few days.
Despite having submitted my work, I have noticed that my grade has not been updating for the past three days.
I have tried refreshing the page multiple times and even waited for a few days & tried again but no change.

I wanted to let you know that I have already created a ticket in Coursera then cleared my cache, restarted my system, tried using a different browser (including Chrome Incognito mode), and even switched to a different network as they suggested. Unfortunately, I am still experiencing the exact same grading error. They couldn’t help with this.

Could you please assist me with resolving this issue? I am specifically facing this problem with the Team Software Engineering with AI course.

I have deleted you video because it shows the code internally, and its not allowed. Can you expand those grader feedbacks so we can see what do they give out! I just run one exercises and it gets graded, no issues!

Extend those arrows down so we can see the grader feedback! Anyways, what you can try now because I guess there must be something wrong with your notebook, because I can run it from my side. Save this Lab file with another name (delete the unittests file), then from question mark on the top right corner, press “Get Latest Version”, this replaces the files, on the new Lab file fill in your solutions again and try submitting again.

In the grader report, if you click on the down-arrows, you will see some more details.

Please post back a screen capture image show the detailed feedback.
