Grader Error Course 4 - Transfer Learning with MobileNet

I have completed the assignment. Everything functions fine inside the lab environment. The results look reasonable, and function fine when run locally too.

The Coursera grader refuses to grade the lab. It’s not even awarding partial credit, it just states it isn’t able to grade it.

I want to be upfront that if I see someone post the “don’t add print statements” preamble in response to this I am liable to just toss my laptop out the window. I am not mentally handicapped. I have completed the whole specialisation, it is only this one lab that I cannot get the Coursera autograder to grade.

I have raised it with Coursera, their customer support was frankly dismissive, and they stated it is DeepLearning’s problem and I would need to contact them to resolve it. Infuriating. Also there is no way to do that either, it was hard enough to contact a human being at Coursera.

I am a little suspicious (of Coursera, not DeepLearning) given the last time this happened with a Coursera certificate the problem was mysteriously resolved a few days later after my subscription rolled into a new month. Given my subscription similarly ends in a few days time this go around…
