[Here’s a thread](https://community.deeplearning.ai/t/when-to-use-np-dot/109202/6) which discusses how to compute the cost. There are a number of ways to do it.

[Here’s another one](https://community.deeplearning.ai/t/w2-a2-ex-5-value-error-shapes-1-3-and-1-3-not-aligned/263358/2) that starts directly from 1 x 3 dot 1 x 3.
