Hi Asik, am also new here started today, looking forward to share experiences with regards to ML/AI.
i just completed week 1 materials.
after completing the linear regression model , i was wondering how i can build it from scratch in python.
i have pretty good knowledge in python, but not matplotlib or numpy.
so i was wondering how should i proceed after week 1, should i learn how to implement linear reg model on my own, or just jump to week 2 material

Did you complete a quiz assignment or a programming assignment at the end of week 1?
yess , i completed all the quiz and optional labs
but those lab dont feel like teaching me how to wirte the code myself, so i was wondering
any reason behind that?
Programming assignments start in Week 2.
Be patient! It’s very early into the course.
Try experimenting with writing some basic Python first.
Do you understand the code in the programming assignment?
It’s more important in the early stages of the course to get a good understanding of the underlying principles and algorithms underpinning linear regression first before thinking about how to implement it.
