I have basic knowledge of Python like functions and class. How do I understand the code taught in the course?
Welcome to the community.
Learners should understand basic coding (for loops, functions, if/else statements) and high school-level math (arithmetic, algebra). Any additional math concepts will be explained along the way.
So, don’t worry about it.
Let me know if you need any help regards your questions.
Consider taking a course on Python programming.
The course is a 3-set module, can I directly jump into 3 modules or the concepts or python programming concepts used in 3rd module are explained in 1st and 2nd modules
I am facing issues with the python libraries and data representation. Do you have a good resource you could recommend?
Kahn Academy has a good free Python course. You need a better grasp of the fundamentals.
okay thanks will keep that in mind
I would take a crash course in Python focusing on the Data Science field. Mainly because Python is a general purpose language. This means you won’t be using all of Python’s features in data science projects.
I highly recommend this course provided by Edx in partnership with IBM.
It’s free and covers the main concepts that can be more than enough to start any Data Science project.
I hope this helps.
thanks will check it
