For Lesson 5 I added the subdir .trees/ui_feature and started an integrated terminal from it. When Claude launches from it it cant see implement-feature.md defined in the root folder/.claude/commands. Claude claims this is because “.trees/ui_feature has its own git repo, which would change what Claude Code considers the project root and the solution is to create this command in each subdir. Is there a better way?
