If any statistician in this community, I am looking for your genuine feedback

If one is working on a community project where population in general is my sample, co-factors or features are basic diet, sanitation, health and education, and output is the progression of all these features. What would be the ideal way of distribution analysis for such case study. According to my knowledge, ANOVA method would be ideal in such scenario, to check the difference in the variance. Also I want to know if I am going with the ANOVA method, will normal distribution will result in better analysis or randomised analysis would give unbiased analysis.

In case I choose a population from a particular region with similar issues or features or factors, will I be able to apply normal distribution??

Or choosing randomised selection of population would give better outcome.

Looking for genuine inputs.

Thank you again for visiting this post and giving your time. Appreciate your efforts!!!

Cheers
