Incorrect Name on Certificate

Good day everyone.

My certificate shows my email name and not my full name. How do I cnage it to show my full name. I have tried updating the display name. I am not sure if I should ait and it will update or what. Please help. Thank you in advance

I am doing the certificate via the deeplearning.ai website
