So i have been charged 300$ for the yearly subscription right after the trial. As far as i remember, I applied for the montlhy one and got the trial.
This is so unfair, I have submitted the ticket 2 days ago and still no one has gotten back to me. I am worried,Is there a way to talk directly to the support team ??? I am new here.
