Lab not starting- stuck in red/yellow state

Hi Team,

I am trying to start lab1- Generative AI use Case:summarize Dialogue.

When I click “Start Lab“, the status changes from red to yellow and then goes back to red instead of turning gtreen.

I have already tried:

Incognito mode

Restarting the lab

waiting for more than 15 minutes

still facing the same issue. Could you please reset my lab enviroment or help fix this?

It might take longer than that sometimes, wait for sometime longer!

Hi,

I waited for more than 15-20 minutes as suggested, but the lab status is still switching back to red after turning yellow.

As I said, 15-20 min sometimes is not enough. Try today, and if there are still problems, let me know.

Hi. By any chance, are you using a work laptop or connected to an office network? Sometimes, errors we can’t reproduce are resolved by switching to a personal device.
