# Local setup issue on Window 10

I’m trying to Installing dependencies using PIP and run the following command prompt  
pip install -r requirements.txt but got the following error :

ERROR: Could not install packages due to an OSError: [Errno 2] No such file or directory: ‘C:\Users\Phan Anh\AppData\Local\Temp\pip-install-i5dhisot\opencv-python-headless\_b5391f2682884171a1da4fb5e3c25a95\opencv/samples/winrt\_universal/VideoCaptureXAML/video\_capture\_xaml/video\_capture\_xaml.WindowsPhone/video\_capture\_xaml.WindowsPhone.vcxproj.filters’

- Anybody trying to local setup on Window could help me? , thanks
