I find that a few items in the course module are shown locked. How can I access them? I applied for financial assistance and got assistance. Why some of the course materials are locked? Can you help me?

How long ago were you granted financial aid? It can take a few days to become active.

Hey,
If some part of your course are still locked after getting financial aid, it could be a system delay and make sure your aid went through, try refreshing the page or using a different browser and if it still locked, the contact course support. They can help you to access it.
