import utils command is failing while executing the Chart generation python code in VScode(inmy local machine). Does this course have any utils.py to download? Could you please throw some light on what’s missing?

You can check out the file browser with “File > Open” to see the files available for download:
Check the box next to the file’s name and then the Download button should show up, but make sure only one box is checked at a time.

Also make sure you download all the files from the screenshot @rmwkwok showed. You would also find a requirement.txt.file just in a case if there are any module version to be followed for a lab codes to run successfully in your local setup.
