I am doing the Deep Learning Specialization. I just started course 1. Can you tell me where I access Jupyter and the Cousera Hub?
Jupyter notebooks are used in the programming assignments. The first one is in DLS Course 1 Week 2.

DLS is a great way to start. Note that Professor Ng has specially designed DLS and most of the other courses not to actually require any knowledge of calculus. Of course everything in back prop is calculus through and through, but he explains things in a way that doesn’t really require you to derive any of the calculus based formulas yourself. Of course that’s a “good news/bad news” story: the good news is you don’t need calculus, but the bad news is you can’t turn around and say “wait, why does that formula come out that way?” 
If you do have at least some math background and are curious to dig deeper, there are lots of resources you can use. Here’s a thread linked from the DLS FAQ that has a bunch pointers to get you started down that path.
