Minor typo: exercise 7 is listed as a graded function in the assignment, when there is nothing to implement

Basically it lists this function as graded, but the code was already written by the author, so you can probably remove the comment indicating it is a graded function

This might be probably based on the autograder file but yes the graded function title is not required.
