Or perhaps try using a different browser?
I do not have access to the Coursera version of this course, but checked in the DLAI Learning Platform version. Here’s what I see for question 6:

The issue is resolved for me. It didn’t work before in different browsers (Chrome 146.0.7680.81, Safari 26.1), but today it started working.
it happened with me also, i usually then clear off my cache and browsing history, check if any system updates are pending, and then re-login and re-try.
