NameError: name 'test_your_code' is not defined in “Book Tracker” (Module 2: Automating Tasks with Python)

@TMosh thank you, the file was downloaded now.

@Mubsi all tests were passed, the file was downloaded after i reinserted for the 3rd time in a row after creating new notebooks. Now submitte

d for grading and returned ”0”. Whats happening?

Hi @Guakona,

When you follow these submission instructions (restarting the kernel and running the cells top to bottom again), do you still pass all of the tests?

If you pass all of the tests and still fail the grading, please share the grader output for each exercise.

If you don’t see the submission box, click of this arrow:

  1. Drag it to the left until you see your grader output:

It should look something like this:

  1. From your “My Submission” (red), click the dropdown (in blue) for each exercise and share what the output is for each exercise

Thanks,
Mubsi

@Mubsi thank you for the instructions. Suprisingly, next day I did try submitting the assignment and it all worked. I did not do anything with it. Thank you for your help and patience!

Hi @Guakona,

Yes, sometimes there can a glitch in the grading system. Sometimes simply resubmitting does the trick. So a rule of thumb, try submitting a couple more times if the first time fails.

Glad you were able to move forward!

Best,
Mubsi
