'numpy.float64' object cannot be interpreted as an integer

This error is occurring when I am trying to initialize the Z array with zeros. I’m not sure which input parameter (m, n_h, n_w, n_c) is a non integer since I’ve done print statements and all of those values are integers when I print them so I don’t know why python is saying that I’m using a float

Hello Jmilch,
Welcome to the community.

What do you think about trying the following method to check the type of the variable:

print(type(variable_name));

If this does not help please feel free to say so.

Hello,
For those who are with this issue.Try doing some print statements for all Z dimensional arguments (m, n_h, n_w, n_c) . Perhaps you’ll figure out something.
