Is there a way to have offline access to the course materials? Similarly to Coursera Android app that allows caching video lectures?

Thank you for the question, as a team we are working to make the content available for our learners. By now, only slides are available to be downloaded.

It would be nice to provide a download link for the videos along with supported resolutions. Given that many videos are demos, a lower video quality like 540p and a smaller value for fps (frames per second) should be a good place to start.
