In Video #3 - What makes an AI Company, the 5 steps of AI Transformation have been identified (see picture below). Curious to learn from people with real time experience having built an AI Strategy or more importantly, executed that strategy to see if one should Build an in-house AI team as Step #2 and then Develop an AI Strategy #4 ? Or Vice-versa.
Logically, it seems to me that one would want to develop an AI Strategy, decide what resources/team members you need to specifically implement things on that strategy and then build an in-house team for the same. Thoughts from people who have had real experience on what their experiences have been ?
