There are two references at the end of the assignment ’ Planar data classification with one hidden layer’.

The access to the first one is forbidden:

What kind of permission should I have to get access to this source?

Hi @VeronikaS . Though I am not a mentor for this course, the url is not looking like coursera. Are you working on this locally?

That site is no longer available. I’ll submit a request to have it removed or updated.
