** I replied in haste from my phone and only saw the first of your recent messages. I agree that you may need to use pip though it is not preferred to mix it with conda in one environment. See the Anaconda provided guide linked below

You could try using pip to force the version, but read this before proceeding…

Course5Wk2Ass1, Course5Wk2Ass2 (word vectors, emoji) works, after the adjustment of the reading format encoding. Course5Wk3Ass1 - trigger word not working yet.
For Course5Wk4, 2 out of 4 of the Transformers assignments are working. However, it is unstable. Sometimes it is working, sometimes it is not. Sometimes, I need to close the programs, even reboot my computer to clear the memory. What is a good way of clearing the memory? I will write a separate post on Transformers assignments with questions.
