From the thread header, If I recall correctly the DLS Course 3 has no graded assignments.
Please check if you have posted in the correct Forum topic.
Perhaps you’re referring to Course 4?
But DLS Course 4 (ConvNets) only has 4 modules (weeks).
So my guess is that this thread is filed in the wrong category. Note that you filed it under the Deep Learning Specialization, but it sounds like you are asking about AI Data Analytics, which I don’t know anything about.
It would help to edit the title using the little “edit pencil” to move this to the correct category, so that you have the best chance of getting the attention of someone who knows the relevant courses and can help you out here.

A common issue with the grader when your output matches the ‘expected output’ is that you should run all the cells in the notebook IN ORDER, and then submit the assignment.
If that doesn’t work, please share a print screen with the error message that you are receiving, so we can better assist you.
