Submission fails: Unable to locate credentials

I encountered this problem when attempting to submit the lab for C1W2. I see that someone else had the same problem yesterday when submitting for C2W3.

Is there a solution?

Unable to locate credentials. You can configure credentials by running “aws configure”.

I was able to fix this by doing a “Restart Kernel and Run All Cells…” in the Jupyter Run menu. After everything completed, I resubmitted and it worked.
