Hello,

I am experiencing an issue with the Week 3 labs of the course “Supervised Machine Learning: Regression and Classification”.

At the moment, none of the Week 3 labs are accessible, as the underlying AWS instance appears to be unavailable. When attempting to open or run the labs, the connection fails with a “connection refused” error, which suggests that the backend environment is not responding.

This issue seems to be infrastructure-related, rather than caused by browser configuration, network settings, or user-side actions. The problem persists across refresh attempts and when trying to open resources in incognito windows, and prevents access to all Week 3 lab content.

I am using:

  • Platform: DeepLearningAI

  • Subscription: PRO

  • Course: Supervised Machine Learning – Regression and Classification

  • Module: Week 3

  • Scope: All labs

Could you please check whether there is an ongoing outage or deployment issue affecting the AWS instances hosting these labs?

I’m having the exact same problem. I think it should be possible to run the labs locally if we could download the Jupyter notebook files, but even that isn’t possible.

There is an existing problem with loading any lab on the DL.AI Platform. It’s being worked on by the staff.
