# Trying to complete the Week 1 lab but can't get access to Sagemaker in AWS, access denied

Hi guys, I’m trying to complete the Week 1 lab in the Generative AI course on Coursera. I’m following the instructions on the Vocareum site. Once I open AWS and it reads I am not authorized to “perform datazon”e. I’m not sure if it’s because it keeps logging me into AWS from my personal amazon account.

Has anyone else experienced this?

Usually, this is solved by opening these Labs in incognito browser mode to avoid using your personal AWS account!
