I was unable to find the “cancel subscription” when I tried to cancel it after my 7 day trial last month. That’s why I thought it would be automatically cancelled. But now I saw an invoice in email and it automatically deducted my wallet for a subscription. Submitted a ticket 2 days ago to cancel and refund my subscription, but their is no response up to now.
I tagged @Community-Team as he could help, but please note it might take a while as most people are in vacations nowadays. So thank you in advance for being patient.

Hi, I would like to request a refund or cancelation too. right now Im on a free trails. but i accidentally click on the fully paid i didnt see the yearly part so when i click subsribe i thought it’s only $25 but it charged me $300. I have request for a ticket but nothing respond yet. can you please help me cancel it since there’s no cut yet. Thank you and please review my account.

When did you create the ticket? It takes 1-3 days for support to respond. But they will be able to help you.
