Unable to open the lab: "account is still in cleanup"

Hi, I am currently in Week 4 of Course 1, and am not able to launch the AWS lab. When I click ‘Start Lab’, it says “account is still in cleanup”. I waited for 8 hours, cleared all caches and cookies on my browser but still fail to launch the lab. Appreciate if anyone knows how to resolve this. Thanks in advance!
