Unable to renew subscription for specialization

My subscription to the Deep Learning Specialization expired while I was working on Module 4 (Convolutional Neural Networks). Now, I’m unable to renew the subscription to specialization, as the page shows the status as “Already enrolled.”

I raised a ticket on the Coursera Help Center and initially received a few basic suggestions from the support bot (such as deleting cookies and clearing the browser cache), but these did not resolve the issue. Since then, I haven’t received any further response from Coursera support.

I understand this platform isn’t meant for Coursera-related queries, but I’m genuinely stuck and unable to move forward. Has anyone faced a similar issue, and how did you manage to resolve it?

Also, does anyone have suggestions on how to effectively get a response or solution from Coursera support? I really need that certificate at this stage in my career.
