Yes, I ran this on another browser (Chrome) and also in Incognito mode - I had taken the course till this point on Safari. I also ran this in IPython locally on my computer and got the same error.
I was able to run it in a slightly different way (by downloading the files directly and using another function to load the files - not sure if this method is ok.
I have attached the jupyter notebook if anyone wants to take a look.
