Hello, I’m new to DeepLearning.ai and wanted to watch the RAG course. I’ve signed up for a free trial and I’m trying to play videos but none of them can be played. I can see a lot network calls but the video never starts to load. I tried videos in module 1 and module 2.
Strangely, other courses work fine and I’m able to watch those videos. I tried on both Dia and Arc browsers. Is there an alternate way I can watch this course? Thanks.
I worked it out by checking out the network tab - there’s a GET request looking for something -arc (or dia) on a loop every second or so, and it probably can’t find the resource for this particular course.
When I use Google Chrome, it is able to load the videos.
probably some of the features might be restricted by arc browser and that’s why it’s not working. earlier learner have had same issue and staff had told them to switch chrome browser or safari browser in case you are using macbook.
