# Video link broken in Introduction of ChatGPT Prompt Engineering for Developers?

I found that the Introduction video cannot be played in the course _ChatGPT Prompt Engineering for Developers_. The link is: [DLAI - Learning Platform Prototype (deeplearning.ai)](https://learn.deeplearning.ai/chatgpt-prompt-eng/lesson/1/introduction). Other videos look OK.

Hi,

I have had the same problem. Only the Iterative and Conclusion videos play fine. The rest seem to be broken.

I tried both with Firefox and Chrome, same result. Any help?

I was able to watch **Introduction** now. But **Inferring** is still not working for me. Probably it’s a CloudFront issue.
