# We couldn't prepare the app. Please refresh the page and try again

# **Lab 1 - Generative AI Use Case: Summarize Dialogue**

Lab 1 page loads but it says an error in the bottom “We couldn’t prepare the app. Please refresh the page and try again.”

I did refresh multiple times but not working.  
Please review and help.

It seems like this may be an issue with Coursera’s interface. Perhaps try accessing the labs again, and if the problem persists, I would suggest raising a ticket with Coursera directly.

The labs should all be live and available now.

Hi. Did you enroll with a personal account, or are you using an enterprise subscription from your workplace?

Also, if you’re using a work laptop/network, please try switching to a personal one and open the lab again. Let us know how it goes. Thank you.
