The Week 1 Lab,
I am not able to “Start Lab” on the vocareum portal, and it gives error saying my account was deactivated on 7th July 2024. but i paid again and want to complete this certification and get the certification, i have completed all other weeks every resource. But this is blocking my certifcation
Try to sign in using incognito mode on your browser; normally, for this issue, you have to contact Coursera!
Sometimes the fix for this is to contact tech support at Vocareum.
Is there a way to contact coursera ? I see no email… no phone number and self help articles do not help.
Is there a way to contact vocarium tech support ? I dont see a way to contact them. please help if you know.
Tried do login incognito. I still see the error. “This account was deactivated”, and i have completed the Week2 and Week3 labs. Just first week it doesn’t work, and throws error.
They have an email contact on that page for support.
