A locked graded task suggests that your subscription isn’t valid. The graded tasks require that you pay the course fee.

Coursera offers audit subscription free for the first module, any subsequent modules’ graded assignments are locked behind a paywall. Could you confirm if you are a paid subscriber?

Could you try logon to your account using a different browser. If you see a banner like:
Start free trail
Subscribe to access graded assignments
Then you are an audit learner on the Coursera platform, and you need to contact Coursera to rectify this.
Hi Kin. This is a known issue in Coursera (only in AI4E as far as I know) and our contact is investigating it. It should have been resolved before but it seems like it’s happening again to more than a few learners. It might take till next week for them to find the root cause. In the meantime, I asked for Renan and Ahmad’s email accounts above so I can forward specific cases to Coursera.
